MDI remodeled this existing home addition in Bellevue, PA, opening up the room with a new vaulted ceiling and exposed wood beams. The project included removing outdated wall paneling, installing new drywall, upgrading insulation, adding energy-efficient windows, and completing electrical and lighting improvements throughout the space.

The vaulted ceiling changed the scale of the room, turning a flat, enclosed addition into a space with height, exposed structure, and a clearer relationship to the rest of the home.
